We need help at these times:
7:45 – 10:15
Set-up Helpers: (10) Responsible for setting up the Expo, including the central information booth tent and helping vendors to unload and set their tables.
9:30 – 12:15
Customer Information Tent attendant: (4) Responsible for setting up and manning the Expo information tent, including helping visitors, selling promotional items, and assisting Expo coordinators.
Noon – 3:00
Customer Information Tent attendant: (4) Responsible for manning the Expo information tent, including helping visitors, selling promotional items, and assisting Expo coordinators.
2:45 – 5:30
Customer Information Tent attendant: (4) Responsible for manning the Expo information tent, including helping visitors, selling promotional items, and helping to close up the tent after the Expo finishes.
4:45 – 7:15
Closing Crew (10): Responsible for closing down the Expo and leaving the site clean. Help vendors put away tables. Close down and pack up general Expo booths including information booth. Load supplies into vehicles. Pick up trash and otherwise police Expo grounds for clean-up.
